We will send marketing emails only where we have the consent or another lawful permission required by UK data-protection and electronic-marketing law. Marketing consent is separate from purchasing a product.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting info@aurelledigital.com. We may keep a minimal suppression record so we can respect your request.
Service messages about an order, account, security issue, policy change affecting an existing service or requested download are not marketing messages.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment information is submitted directly to that provider. We receive information such as payment status, payment method type, transaction identifier and limited billing details, but we do not store your complete payment-card number or security code.
The payment provider processes personal information under its own privacy terms. Review its privacy notice before payment.

We do not sell personal information.
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will use an applicable lawful safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses, or another mechanism permitted by law.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary, including legal, tax, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements. Our normal approach: order, invoice, payment and tax records generally six years; customer-account information while active and for a limited period after; support communications up to two years after resolution; marketing records until consent is withdrawn or following inactivity, retaining minimal suppression information; waitlist information until the relevant launch, withdrawal of consent or review of inactive entries; security logs for a limited period; cookie-consent records for the period necessary to demonstrate the choice.
We use essential technologies to provide functions such as security, basket contents, checkout, account sessions and cookie preferences. We use non-essential analytics, advertising or personalisation technologies only after obtaining consent where required. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, secure connections, provider due diligence, restricted administrator access and secure payment processing. No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, receive in a portable format, or withdraw consent for, your personal information. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. These rights are not absolute. To exercise a right, contact info@aurelledigital.com. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions for complex requests.

The website and products are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the shop or marketing forms. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
The website may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, providers or law. The latest version will appear on this page with its update date. We will provide additional notice where a change materially affects how we use existing personal information.
If you join The Aurelle Edition membership, we collect and process additional information, including your subscription status, billing interval (monthly or annual), membership price (£9 monthly or £90 annual), renewal dates, cancellation status, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
This information is processed for the performance of your membership contract, to manage recurring billing through Stripe (Stripe), to verify active membership before granting access to member resources, and to send transactional emails about your membership — including welcome messages, payment-failed notices, cancellation confirmations and membership-ended notices. These transactional emails are service messages, not marketing, and are sent regardless of marketing consent.
Recurring payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy terms. We receive subscription status, billing interval and payment identifiers from Stripe, but we do not store your complete card details. Membership records are retained while the membership is active and for a limited period after it ends, consistent with the retention approach in section 8.
We use strictly necessary cookies for basket, checkout and account. We only load Google Analytics if you allow it. See our Cookie Policy.
