These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aurelle Digital website and purchases of our digital products and business services. Please read them before ordering.
The Digital Business Review is a £149 one-off business service, separate from digital downloads. It includes a structured questionnaire, personalised written action plan and one follow-up clarification email. We deliver the action plan within 5 working days of receiving the completed questionnaire. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Implementation is separate. Digital Admin Support starts at £395 and Business Systems & Content Support starts at £995; each requires an agreed written scope and quote. Third-party software subscriptions and work outside that scope are separate. Time-saving estimates depend on your information and are not guaranteed. You may use your personalised plan internally in your business.
Support projects include a written scope and handover, with 14 days of support for faults in the delivered setup where relevant. New requests and changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. Eligible Digital Admin Support or Business Systems & Content Support booked within 30 days of receiving a paid review receives £100 credit against the implementation fee. One credit per review; no cash alternative, no subscription credit and no combining discounts. Digital Care is not currently available to purchase.
Email info@aurelledigital.com with your review reference to cancel. If work on your review has not started, we refund the review fee. If work has begun, contact us so we can discuss work completed and any appropriate refund. If we cannot supply the agreed service, we refund the undelivered work. Mandatory rights are unaffected. These business services are distinct from the immediate-download arrangements described below.
Aurelle Digital is operated by Jeanne Kissiedu, trading as Aurelle Digital. Business service address: Flat 2, 2 Tantallon Road, London, United Kingdom, SW12 8DG. Contact: info@aurelledigital.com.
By using the website, you agree to the provisions that apply to website use. By placing an order, you agree to the purchase, payment, digital-content and licence provisions in force when the order is placed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Aurelle Digital products are digital downloads rather than physical books. Product pages describe the format, principal features, compatibility, contents and price. We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Cover images and screen previews are illustrative, and colours may appear differently between devices. Minor layout differences that do not affect the substance or usability of a product do not make it non-conforming. Aurelle Digital provides general educational information. Our products are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, account settings, messages, purchases and actions taken using the information.
Your order is an offer to purchase the products shown at checkout. A contract forms when we accept the order and send an order confirmation, or when we make the digital content available, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where payment is not authorised, a price or product has been displayed in obvious error, supply is unlawful, fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected, or a technical problem prevents fulfilment. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded. Please check the product, email address, price and order total before paying.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Aurelle Digital is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. The checkout will show the final total before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe using the methods displayed at checkout. We do not store complete card details. Discounts apply only under their stated conditions. Bundle savings are calculated from the current individual prices when the bundle is offered.
After successful payment and acceptance, digital content will normally be available on the confirmation page, through the customer library where applicable and by email. If you do not receive access, check your spam folder and account library, then contact info@aurelledigital.com with your order number. We will take reasonable steps to restore access or supply the content.
Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. Special rules apply to digital content. At checkout, you may request that digital supply begins immediately and confirm that you understand your statutory cancellation right ends when download or access begins. Loss of the change-of-mind cancellation right does not affect remedies where digital content is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, unfit for a disclosed purpose or not supplied as agreed. See the Digital Product Refund Policy for the practical process.
When the order is accepted, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased digital product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the Product Licence. You may download the product to your personal devices and print one personal working copy unless the product page states otherwise. You must not share download links or files; upload products to shared drives, websites, social platforms, AI training datasets or file-sharing services; resell, sublicense, copy or distribute them; remove copyright notices; claim authorship; or use them to create a substantially similar product for sale. Contact us for team, client, educational or commercial licensing.
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with law or prevent infringement.
A purchase includes the version described on the product page and any update entitlement expressly stated there. Corrections may be provided, but a purchase does not automatically include every future expanded edition or separate product. Third-party interfaces and features described in technology guides may change. We aim to revise resources when meaningful changes make guidance materially inaccurate.
Guides may discuss third-party products such as ChatGPT, Apple services or Google services. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability and privacy practices. Aurelle Digital is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by OpenAI, Apple, Google or other third-party providers unless expressly stated. Third-party names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape private or paid content, introduce malicious code, use the website unlawfully or infringe intellectual-property rights. Reasonable public indexing by permitted search services is subject to our technical access settings. Robots instructions do not grant a licence to copy paid content or override copyright.
The website, guide text, layouts, cover designs, graphics, downloads, brand elements and original Journal content are owned by or licensed to Jeanne Kissiedu, trading as Aurelle Digital, and protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are transferred except the limited licence expressly granted.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business loss suffered by a consumer using a personal-use product for commercial purposes, or for failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where we take reasonable steps to reduce the effect. Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including major platform, hosting, internet, payment-provider or communications failures. We will take reasonable steps to reduce delay and restore supply. If a material delay makes supply impossible, you may be entitled to cancel and receive an appropriate refund.
Contact info@aurelledigital.com with your name, order number and a clear description of the problem. We normally acknowledge complaints within two working days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.
The terms applying to a purchase are those accepted when the order was placed. We may update website-use terms for security, legal or operational reasons. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights.
We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business sale or reorganisation, provided this does not reduce your rights. You may not transfer a personal product licence without written permission. No person other than you and us has a right to enforce the contract, except where law provides otherwise.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this clause removes rights you have under mandatory local law.
The Aurelle Edition is an optional recurring membership separate from one-time product purchases. Membership provides access to monthly practical resources, concise technology and AI updates, AI Desk material, a growing member reference library, and includes one £29 Ask Aurelle request each monthly billing period (covering one specific problem or question, with up to one follow-up clarification if needed; unused requests do not roll over). Individual Aurelle Digital guides, collections and the Complete Library are sold separately and are not included automatically with membership. Membership resources remain separate from purchased products. Your purchased guides remain in your customer library under the licence terms in section 8. A membership does not transfer ownership of any individual guide.
Membership is offered at £9 per month (monthly billing) or £90 per year (annual billing). Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe). Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly memberships renew monthly, annual memberships renew annually — until you cancel. By starting or keeping a membership, you authorise us to charge the recurring fee to the payment method you provided through Stripe until the membership is cancelled. The price in effect when you start or renew applies to that billing period; we will notify you in advance of any price change affecting the next renewal.
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account or by contacting info@aurelledigital.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to all member resources until that period ends, and no further payments are taken after that date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by law. When the current period expires, access to member resources ends. Cancelling a membership does not affect one-time product purchases, which remain in your customer library.
If a recurring payment fails, we and Stripe may attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be completed, your membership may move to a past-due state and access to member resources may be suspended or ended. We will send a payment-failed notification where possible. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If access ends due to failed payment, you may rejoin as a new member when you are ready.
We maintain membership records including your subscription status, billing interval, price, payment history, renewal dates, cancellation status and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. These records are processed for the performance of the membership contract and to deliver transactional emails — including welcome, payment-failed, cancellation-scheduled and membership-ended messages. These transactional service messages are not marketing emails and are sent regardless of marketing preferences, consistent with section 4 of the Privacy Policy. Membership data is processed by Stripe (Stripe) under its own terms for subscription billing.
