EDITORIAL FRAMEWORK · IN DEVELOPMENT
Clear information. Responsible publishing.
Aurelle Digital is developing the following editorial process for its everyday health, fitness and wellbeing collections. This page explains our planned approach and does not imply that unpublished materials have completed professional review.
01
Research and scope
Define the audience, intended use and evidence sources. Prefer current NHS, NICE, UK public health and other relevant reliable references.
02
Write and fact-check
Check health claims against the source, avoid unsupported promises, use clear language and record source dates.
03
Qualified review
Identify when review by a suitably qualified professional is required; do not label material clinically reviewed until that review has occurred.
04
Version and approval
Record author, reviewers, editorial approvals, version number and date, with separate approval of adapted formats.
05
Review and correct
Set topic-sensitive reviews, address significant changes or corrections promptly and notify affected licensees.
06
Distribution controls
Specify permitted branding and channels, prohibit material edits that distort reviewed claims, and document licence expiry.
General information, not personal medical advice
Our general educational materials do not diagnose, treat or substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Readers should seek appropriate individual guidance when needed. Content may be corrected or withdrawn when evidence changes.
Sources and transparency
Published health-related items should identify their sources, author or editorial responsibility, publication date, applicable review information and substantive updates. We are establishing the review arrangements before the first wellbeing product is offered for sale.
